Creamed honey—sometimes called spun or whipped honey—is the same raw liquid honey you love, except it’s in a smooth, creamy consistency that’s perfect for spreading or even just eating by the spoonful. While most honey naturally crystallizes, spun honey is created using an old beekeeping trick that involves pulverizing natural crystals to make them as small as possible. You end up with the same honey and same great flavor, but with a unique texture and eating experience.
